Each year, the Wyoming Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame presents awards to student-athletes, coaches, officials and supporters of amateur football in Wyoming. Top scholar-athletes are awarded by a combination of GPA, football ability and participation in school and community activities.
