Made two quick updates today. I corrected Tongue River’s 2004 record to 3-6 (I miscounted and had 4-5). I also made a note of Thermopolis’s forfeit loss to Rocky Mountain in 2001. I’ve updated all three teams’ records on the standings and on the team and year pages.

As always, if you notice any errors or inaccuracies, let me know. E-mail me at pschmiedt@yahoo.com. If you can send an accompanying verification from a newspaper, that’s best; otherwise, I have to verify it myself. Thanks.

I’ve made a few small adjustments to the site the past couple days, mostly site maintenance and template transfer stuff. The two big changes are on the state champions page and the all-state page.

The state champions page now lists the total number of appearances for each school in the state championship game and the record for each team. It’s at the bottom of the page under the header “Championship game appearances.”

The all-state page now has links to the all-district teams from 1955. Thanks to Bob for those images. As always, I’m interested in updating the all-state page with every team, so if you have a copy of an all-state team from any year that I don’t have, please e-mail it to me.

Research continues. Research on the 1950 season is almost complete and 1949 is about halfway done. Look for those updates as soon as I can finish them.

The site has been updated the last couple days with minor changes. Mostly, I’m trying to make the site a bit prettier.

Also, just to let you know, I’ve received several additions and corrections to this site since I first put it on the Web in 2004. I’m more than open to receiving those still, and when I do, I’ll make sue to let everyone know about the update/correction through this blog. You’ll see I’ve filed this under “Site updates.” Whenever I make a correction to a score or a record, I’ll blog here and file it under that category.

That said, go find somewhere where I messed up. 😛 I want to get this right.
